In Bèche, members of the ASBL Positive Artitude have also joined forces to commemorate the anniversary of a date that is deeply etched in people's memories.

On Saturday February 1, a tribute will be paid to the civilian victims of the bombings of December 31 and January 02 at the monument on the La Source site in Bèche, in the presence of local authorities and flag bearers. A “verre de l'amitié” will be offered at the Antre Potes, and there will be a book signing with Jean Paul Christophe (from Rencheux), author of the novel Signe Divin (a son of Gi follows in his father's footsteps in the Belgian Ardennes). The day will close with a lecture by JM Bodelet: “Les pouvoirs spéciaux et leurs défis entre les deux libérations” (“Special powers and their challenges between the two liberations”).
