Description

Educational trail in the Bihain Great Mire Nature Reserve. 6 km

Start: on the N89 (between the Baraque de Fraiture and the village of Regné) near the bus stop and car park.

Signposted with a blue cross, the walk crosses part of the fagne on duckboards. 9 educational panels mark the route and there is a viewing area where you can get up high and admire the scenery.

Important information:

• closed during periods of drought to preserve the natural area (nature and forest management) information on the Facebook page
• during the winter/rainy period it is difficult, bring boots or hiking shoes, PRM access is only on the first part, the gratings going up to an observation area from where it is possible to turn back.
• also pay attention to the hunting season.
